Tricia Hoover sees business as an art and uses her diverse background and interests to bring life to her role at Mobium as the Vice President of Business Development. Hailing from the small town of St. Peter, Illinois, (population of 350) home to her family-owned farm, she graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Foreign Languages.
After earning her degree from Eastern, Tricia headed south of the border to be a university professor of English and French at La Universidad Hispanoamericana and La Academica Madeleine in Zacatlan, Puebla, Mexico.
Following her experience in Mexico, Tricia's early years were spent as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. At Morgan Stanley she learned first-hand about economics and how the financial markets sector affect individuals at the net worth and family needs level. From there, she experienced business to business success as a Nationwide Top Producer for Wholesale Wall Street investor with experience in Quality Control, pre-underwriting and Loan Sales on the secondary market. If her background wasn't diverse enough, she also spent time as a real estate sales agent with Coldwell Banker Gundaker in Clayton, Missouri.
Strategizing with clients and referral partners for the optimization of cash flow, creating wealth and business to business sales strategies is one of Tricia's specialties. Additionally, her creative energy focuses on marketing campaigns and platforms to drive business to Mobium through mortgage planning and mortgage under management programs. With business driven to Mobium under her watchful eye, Tricia collaborates with Mobium's partners to build buyer's lists, referral networks, and strategic alignments of industry professionals.

Tricia enjoys foreign languages and studying the history of foreign culture, as well as studying psychology and its affects on the decisions we make. With her free time, she enjoys using her unique and uncommon knowledge to educate others and help them create more opportunity for wealth creation.
